On Hold
This sensitive, shy boy is called Sweetpea. He is looking for a calm, quiet home with owners who will allow him indoors with them. He will bond well with his new owners and want to be with them as much as possible. Allowing him indoors to chill out will help him learn how to relax and 'switch off'. Sweetpea can be fearful in new environments so will need slow introductions to new people and places. A calm home with structure and routine will help him settle and feel safe. He LOVES toys and can get a bit over excited in play. Sweetpea is a big boy and because he can be a bit jumpy when excited he is not suited to a home with young children. Older teens who can cope with his size are best for him. He may do well living with a calm, social female doggy companion. They will need a slow controlled meet at time of adoption to ensure both dogs are comfortable being together.
