About Geralt
πΊπ€ GERALT π€πΊ
Are you a Witcher fan!? Meet Geralt ;)
Geralt is a big gentle giant with a big heart π at nearly 2 years old and weighing 28kgs he thinks he is a lap dog :P
Geralt is currently living with two foster sisters (doggos, a small fluff and a staffy) and all get long extremely well!! π₯°π₯°
Geralt is crate and house trained β
He loves his food which makes it super easy with his training π He is nice to walk on lead too β
However, Geralt has had a bit of a tough life π and has trouble trusting humans. He has learnt that not all humans are bad with showing his foster family so much love and affection. This didn't come easily tho. It took a lot of time and patience. But the wait was worth it in the end π
Geralt's right human/s must have the time and the patience AND another dog is a must!!! β β He suffers from seperation anxiety, but with another doggo to play with he doesn't feel so bad π₯° He is on prescribed medication for this.
He can jump, so high fences 6ft plus are needed too!!!
While Geralt has been in foster care he has grown so much into a much happier and healthier boy. And learnt to love and be loved π He is such a goof, doin somersaults and putting himself in awkward laying positions, but most of all he just wants to love you and be loved π
If you think you can continue helping him grow into the most amazing dog we know he is, then hit this button below π and message for an application π
Medical notes
Suffers seperation anxiety. Currently on Lovan to assist with this.
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
