About Daisie
🌼🌼 DAISIE 🌼🌼
Introducing the very sweet Wolfhound X, Daisie 🥰💖
Daisie came to us with a broken heart, her confidence was way low and everything frightened her :( BUT with much love and care from her amazing foster family she has blossomed and shared with us her unrelenting devotion and love to her humans 💕
This gorgeous girl knows her basic commands of sit, down, stay and will even sit on her haunches and give high 5 with the command "up" 😍 She walks beautifully on lead, likes to stroll alongside you. Though some loud noises and traffic scares her, she is slowly gaining more confidence with the reassurance of her foster parents 💖🌼
Daisie craves to be apart of the family, she would love to be allowed inside to sprawl out on a comfy rug next to her humans in the evenings 😊 Daisie is good with dogs and cats, however much prefers dogs who are calm and confident. She will also do well as an only dog. She is good with kids, however would thrive in a home where she is the one doted on, perhaps a family where the furbabies are the children, or someone looking for a companion or a couple whose children have grown and left the nest 🥰
Her foster family will be sad to see this sweetheart go, as they have fallen in love with her. But they want only the best for her and to continue helping others like her 💕
Daisie requires a gentle home, someone willing to continue to build her confidence and understand that her heart is still healing from her past trauma. If you think Daisie could be the one for you, please message for an application 💝
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
