About Boots
*In foster care in Rosebery, Sydney*
Beautiful boy Boots is a big sook and just wants to be near you!
Quiet and gentle, he's happiest when his body is pressed up in some way against yours - lying on the couch, snuggled up in bed or or getting pats. He's also an inquisitive little guy and is fascinated by the shower!
Like all Maggie's pets, Boots is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I just want to feel loved and protected, in a warm environment with lots of cuddles and attention! Not too much to ask, surely? :) I'm looking for an indoor-only home as that's where I feel safest, though a secure outdoor area or enclosure would also be suitable.
If you're open to adopting not just one but TWO amazing cats, I have good news for you - I'm particularly close to my brother Smokey, who is also looking for a loving new home! You can see his profile here: https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/783180 Or if you already have a resident kitty or two, that would be fantastic as I really enjoy feline company.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm quite sedate for a young kitten! I like to stretch out beside you on the couch or on your bed, and can snooze for hours and hours.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm likely to get on well with calm, gentle children. I do scratch and bite sometimes when you touch my belly, and while it's only playful - I'm not trying to hurt you - younger kids will need to be aware of that.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: My siblings are great fun, and I'd love a permanent kitty companion in my new home! (My brother Smokey, ideally!) I haven't met any dogs yet.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
