Shelby is a very friendly and loving girl. She is a purebred GSD who is 6.5 years old. She is great with all other dogs - big and small, cats and respectful children. She walks lovely on leash and has good basic obedience.
Shelby suffers from exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. She is on a very strict care and management plan. Basically, she is on Creon which is available over the counter from your local chemist (approximately $30 for a container), prey model raw, and regular vitamin b12 injections. The vets have kindly offered to teach her new owner to do these injections.
She was on weekly injections but they have been backing off to 8 weekly The most important thing is that she continues to gain weight. She is now 24.7kgs.
Shelby suffers from exocrine pancreatic insufficiency.
