About Connie
🌷🌷 CONNIE 🌷🌷
Its finally time! Finally, our beautiful Connie is ready to find her furever home! 😍 What a journey this girl has had, with everything turning around for her thanks to her amazing foster parents who gave her a chance, got her out of the boarding kennels and into a loving home where she has flourished 💖
🐾🐾
Introducing 4-year-old sweetheart, Connie 🥰
Connie is bursting with love and happiness 💕 so much so that being around her is guaranteed to brighten your day ☀️
The love she shows her humans is something else! One of Connie’s quirks is placing her paw on you and staring at you…. Make eye contact? You best believe she’s coming straight up for cuddles and a belly rub :P 🥰
Pull out her food? Watch that tail go into overdrive and smile go from ear-to-ear.
Connie scores an A+ for lead walking, A+ for sitting, A+ for toileting, A+ for responding to her name and of course an A++++ for cuteness ✅✅✅
Unfortunately, Connie’s life hasn’t been all rainbows and sunshine, the vets believe she had spent the first few years of her life used as a breeding machine :( She actually came to us with 6 puppies in tow! Connie can show some signs of nervousness/under confidence due to what we can only imagine is lack of experience with the big wide world 🌏 However, after some sneaky treats and a couple of hours, Connie is sure to be smothering you with love 😊💖
Connie’s furever home needs to have no children, no cats and no small dogs. 😊 She would adore a confident, calm dog her size, male or female (she doesnt mind), for company 😊
This girl more than deserves a family to call her own, she is truly one of a kind. And anyone who is lucky enough to have this girl in their lives will have a loyal and loving companion for the rest of her days 🌷
If you would like to meet Connie, please message for an application 💝
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 2 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 7 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 24 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
