About Casey
PLEASE EMAIL MAREE at keetamouse@grapevine.com.au WITH A RUN DOWN OF YOU AND YOUR LIFESTYLE AND WHAT YOU CAN OFFER Casey FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE, PLEASE DON'T RING AS I DON'T TAKE DOWN NOTES ON THE PHONE AND I CAN'T ALWAYS CHAT AS I AM DOING OTHER THINGS.
Casey is 12 years old but you would never know it as a small dog she has many more good years in her as they live longer than the bigger dogs.
Casey is not suitable for the elderly as she will get under their feet and potentially hurt her new owner, she is also not suitable for apartment living, she is used to having a yard to walk around and lie in in the sun and just chill out with her owner/s
Casey is a sweetheat and just loves people, she loves cuddles and would love a home without another dog so she can have her humans to herself.
Casey is housetrained but her new home will need a dog door so she can come and go when she pleases.
She is not a barker but will bark to alert her family if she thinks she needs to let you know that she hears someting.
She needs to sleep inside and have access to inside outside during the day, she sleeps soundly at night so a nice warm bed is a must for this little miss.
Casey needs a home with a retired person/couple who will be her companion where they can take her for walks, allow her on the lounge for cuddles, she will happily sit there while you have your afternoon tea and cakes/bikkies
Casey would just love a life by the ocean where she gets walks along the beach and all that fresh air to breathe in and then home for an afternoon nap, if you fit the bill for Casey please get in touch with Maree and we can go from there..
Despite her age she can live another 5-6 years as she has a tad foxie plus Chihuahua in her they are very robust breeds who do have longish lives.
Adoption details
To enquire about a dog in foster care please email the foster carer in the first instance (using the contact details listed with the dog's description).
The foster carer needs to know about you, your family, and any other pets, about your lifestyle and accommodation, and about the type of dog you want, so that they can help work out if the dog you have selected is right for you.
For dogs, foster carers will also carry out a 'home check' where we look at fencing and shelter for the dog to make sure they are adequate, and advise on anything that needs to be done to make sure your dog will be safe and comfortable.
