About Dolly
PLEASE EMAIL ME IN THE FIRST INSTANCE AND TELL ME ABOUT YOUR LIFE AND LIFESTYLE IE YOUR OTHER PETS, CHILDREN, OTHER DOGS YOU HAVE HAD IN THE PAST, YOUR ACTIVITIES ETC. DO NOT CALL AS I CAN NOT ALWAYS ANSWER MY PHONE.
I will not reply to inquiries where there is no information about the adopter and is only one or 2 lines of info.
Please do not contact if you do not have another dog
INTERSTATE ADOPTION WILL BE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS
Dolly cannot be an only dog, she loves other dogs and would be lost without another, she did come in with Frodo and they do play together, if you are looking for 2 dogs then maybe they are for you, they play a little but aren't joined at the hip.
I would, if possible, for them to go together as a ready made family is my preference.
A dog around her size, and preferably around the 10 to 12 kilo, Dolly is such a sweetheart and gets along with all the other dogs in my home, she just about wriggles her bum off when she sees you, just a delight.
Dolly is a pure Shih Tzu, and was surrendered because her owner was moving.
Dolly is not suitable for an apartment and she needs a dog door and to have access to inside day/night.
Dolly is not suitable for the elderly as she would get under their feet and her next home needs to be her last.
What else can I say about this girl, not much she is just one little package who will love her humans and anyone she meets.
Dolly's ideal home would be by the ocean with a retired, active couple/single person who will allow her to be an inside/outside dog, she is totally house trained as long as she has a dog door to come and go as she likes.
Adoption details
To enquire about a dog in foster care please email the foster carer in the first instance (using the contact details listed with the dog's description).
The foster carer needs to know about you, your family, and any other pets, about your lifestyle and accommodation, and about the type of dog you want, so that they can help work out if the dog you have selected is right for you.
For dogs, foster carers will also carry out a 'home check' where we look at fencing and shelter for the dog to make sure they are adequate, and advise on anything that needs to be done to make sure your dog will be safe and comfortable.
