About Wish Bear
he may be really scared and hissy in the condo but he is really submissive. He's never bitten or attacked or scratched us ever. He might spit and lunge if he's really scared but as soon as you lay a hand on him he just melts and gives in letting you pick him up and he's be really placid
-he's not a smoochy cat. He doesn't mind being carried around and picked up and cuddled but he doesn't actively seek this out
-he'll never get under your feet! He likes to be a part of the action but he'll just watch from a distance (or close up!)
-he does seek attention from time to time but he does this with a meow or if everything is quiet and still he'll join you on the couch or on the bed and sleep next to you, he won't jump of your lap. Having said that, if you're holding him he will fall asleep in your arms!
-he's very playful. Haven't had him with another cat before but something tell me he'd like another cat to play with
-he hasn't tried sratching our leather couch but he does have a go at the carpet from time to time- moreso to get attention I think!
-he's happy to be left home alone during the day and he doesn't get up tp much mishchief but don't leave him unattended with a bowl of biscuits unless you feel like sweeping them up off the floor. Best to leave his water bowl in a tiled area for this same reason!
-as soon as you pick him up he purrs!
-he's super playful, the more toys the better!
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
