About Harry
Handsome Haristotle ( Harry ) was quite a handy race dog being placed 27 times from his 40 starts and now it’s his time to find his forever home.
Considering that Harry had no experience to domestic life, he quickly settled in and made friends with his greyhound companions and his foster carers, snuggling up to them and enjoying the attention.
Harry is a quiet boy but rather inquisitive, checking out everything in his sights and being new to home life he has a tendency to pick up articles hence requires some supervision though he does love playing with soft squeaky toys
Harry is an easy dog to walk and feed and with a bit more house exposure and control, Harry will make someone a happy companion.
Over Easter, Harry was paraded around large crowds at the local market and festivities and took it all in his stride, winning much admiration over his stature, attitude and looks.
Harry is also very gentle around small dogs, loves meeting and greeting them.
We were called in by the local Vets with an urgent request to see whether we could provide a greyhound to donate blood for one of their patients and up stepped Harry, donated blood and returned home quite chirpy. Without his blood, a poor little dog that had produced a large litter would not have survived.
All our greyhounds are desexed, vaccinated, registered at Central Animal Records and come with a coat, muzzle, collar and lead.
