About Peanut
Peanut has started her trial period with her new family
Peanut is a loving and sweet tempered young girl who loves to have all the attention. She does get on well with other dogs and is learning some much needed doggie manners from her temporary brother and sisters at her foster home.
Peanut has started out life just playing with other young dogs and being bottom of the pack, she is in need of some guidance and training on how to behave around her people, which she has started since coming to us and she is learning a lot of lessons fast.
She can sit for her meals and is learning to walk properly on lead. She tries her hardest not to jump but sometimes it gets the better of her and is learning that she needs her feet on the floor in order to get attention.
Peanut loves water and is known to relax in the shell pool on a hot day and she doesn’t mind a bath either. She doesn’t travel very well in the car and can result in motion sickness, so if you like hanging out at home she is your girl happy to explore the neighbourhood and parks close to home.
She is best be suited to a home with NO cats or other small animals.
She gets on well with other dogs but she likes ALL the attention. She can also be a bit jumpy for small children so kids over 10 years that would be able to help train her not to over love her people would be perfect for her. She has had an outing at a local market and was very well behaved although she was ready for a sleep after 2 hours of constant attention from strangers.
