About Bob
MC - 956000006069151
Located Heathmont area of Melb.
Bob is a friendly nearly 2-year-old black male Lab that came to Labrador Rescue as a surrender through no fault of his own. He is a Labrador X who is ready to find his forever home.
Bob has an inquisitive personality and always wants to know what’s going on… he’s never far from your side.
With his lovable nature and willingness to learn he would be an amazing addition in any new home.
Bob is great on lead walks and loves to explore at his own pace. He is good with children but does like to jump when first meeting them. He is amazing with older children and can’t get enough of their activeness. He enjoys the company of people and always wants to be part of the action.
Bob likes playing with his teddy that he carefully carries around, chasing his foster brother, and being a part of a busy family life. He enjoys walks on a quite morning and drives around with his foster family.
Bob will need a family willing to commit to ongoing training which will build up his confidence when meeting unknown dogs. At this stage he’s a little uncertain of dogs that are new to him.
With the right family, time, love and training, you will find Bob will be your devoted companion for life.
Bob is untested with cats.
Bob is in the Heathmont area of Melbourne and is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm and intestinal worm treated with a ton of love and a gorgeous smile for the right family for a re-homing fee of $650.00.
Adoption details
Please go to the website http://www.rescuealabrador.com/
to submit an adoption application. Please click on the adopt a dog link on the left hand side of the screen and complete the questions if you are interested in adopting aLabrador.
We will not discuss specific dogs with you until you have completed this questionnaire as this allows us to establish which dogs are potential matches for your lifestyle.
Once we have found a suitable match to your family, we will allow you to contact the appropriate foster carer who will discuss the dog in more detail with you.
Once you are both satisfied that this is a good match you will be able to meet the Lab. If all goes well, you will be able to take the dog on a 2 week trial. You will complete the adoption paperwork and pay the adoption fee at this stage.
At the end of the 2 week trial you will be able to adopt the Lab and we will submit the microchip transfer to the council.
