Introducing Zac, the only boy from the "Shimmer & Shine" litter, also the only one with a full tail too! He is a 9 week old Cattle Dog X.
Zac is the sweetest of the litter, and also the quickest to learn. He was the first to learn to sit on command, also great toileting habits. Zac is very clever too, he will climb out of the night pen with ease. So he no longer sleeps in the night pen with his sisters :P
Zac enjoys praise, doesnt even have to be food, he will do anything for a good scratch behind the ears. This sweet boy is submissive to his sisters, and occasionally gets picked on because of this :( theyre meanies lol. But he doesnt let that get him down, he will still run around and play with everyone willing to play. He also chases a ball and slowly learning to bring it back already.
Zac is fantastic with the kids, and could really see him with a young family <3
Please keep in mind Zac is a high energy breed and so will benefit from a large yard, property and/or an active family.
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 2 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 7 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
