About Stanlee
Meet Stanlee!!!
The cutest little guy who had a pretty rough start to life! Stanlee is a 3 month old Staffy X, who came to us from a pound having just survived parvovirus! Yes, he is a survivor! He was always in good spirits and fought through, now he is fully recovered and thriving! He also encountered another issue, his muscles in his legs werent strengthening very well, but the little fighter didnt let that stop him! Once in our care, his amazing dedicated foster carer got him doing exercises, swimming in baths, to strengthen his muscles. Now he will do zoomies around the house with no issues at all! He has comes such a long way.
Now its time he finds his furever home, he can be a little bit anxious if left on his own for long periods of time, he will suit a family who many be home more often whilst he settles in, or with another dog to play with would be great!! He would love the company of another dog to play with!
Stanlee will grow to be about english staffy in size, he wont grow huge, he is a bit on the small side, but what he lacks in size he makes up for in personality!! This little firecracker is so much fun to play with! He will play chasey, where you chase him around the house and yard :P
And will play endlessly with any toy you give him! He is used to being inside, and is mostly house trained now, with maybe the one occasional accident, but he is doing so well! He has even learnt sit and down!
This gorgeous solid ball of fun will suit an active family :)
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 2 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 7 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 24 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
