About Barossa... Bright & Beautiful
Barossa is a very bright, alert and active girl who is looking for her best mate and forever home. She is full of personality and comes to her name, will sit when asked and is learning to walk on leash.
Barossa came into care with her Mum as part of the Last Litter Program and Mum is a beautiful natured girl with brilliant recall and impressive manners, who found her forever home last week. Barossa really is a chip off the ol' block, and very much like her mother in looks and personality. All pups were originally placed prior to Mum's rehoming, however Barossa has returned to us after a brief stay with a family with two young girls, following a relationship breakdown.
Barossa's father was reportedly a Red Australian Cattle Dog and all pups presented very well, with strong builds, equal weights and passed their health checks by clearly impressing our vet.
Barossa is toilet trained, and will use artificial grass when inside, but prefers access to grass. She is currently living alongside other dogs and loves nothing more than play time with two large breeds (German Shepherd and Malamute).
She has a great bedtime routine, and happily entertains herself (and everyone else) by playing with her toys and gadding about exploring. She likes being beside you, and happily trots about nearby "helping" with whatever is happening in the yard, shed or kitchen, however she is also able to wait without fuss when left alone.
If you would like to meet Barossa with a view to providing her with a forever home as your best mate or family member, visits are currently being scheduled for Friday 27.07.18 and Saturday 28.07.18 in North Brisbane. Please nominate a time and include your availability when lodging your application.
Medical notes
Barossa is in great health, and is a very robust, solid young pup.
She is flea/tick treated, worm/parasite treated, vaccinated and microchipped.
Her treatment schedule forms part of her Rescue to Rehoming Report.
