About REhomed -flock of white ducks
REHOMED - Ducks are lots of fun and love to chatter. They are great egg layers and their eggs are absolutely fantastic for baking. They are also great little gardeners and keep the bugs down very well.
However they ARE messy as their webbed feet do create mud and they LOVE playing in mud puddles which is lots of fun to watch.
You would need to have a pond/kiddie pool/ clam shell or similar for them to spend time in as they need water to stay healthy. You would also need to have a fox proofed area for them to live in and a safe, warm secure lockable place for them to retire to at night. A large bucket of water in their night pen would be sufficient for them as they need to be able to put their heads into the water to keep their eyes healthy.
The owners of these ducks are moving interstate and have asked me to put the word out there. SO I have NOT seen these ducks and have no affiliation with the owner. If you are responsible and would love to adopt these birds please send me a text or email and I will put you in touch with the owners.
There are 2 male and 4 female birds to be rehomed......preferably together of possible. A "love" donation towards admin costs and time would be greatly appreciated but not mandatory.
