Meet Sparky! He is an 11 week old male kelpie x cattle dog. His gorgeous floppy little ears make him look like quite the character!
Sparky is a sweet little pup who is already showing the traits of his breed with his stalking and herding tendencies. He is the more independent of the litter and is quite happy to entertain himself for a while. He gets along well with other dogs and loves a bit of bitey face and chasey with the older resident dogs!
Whilst he is young, Sparky is just learning his manners and how to be a puppy. He will need a committed family to continue his training and help him develop into a well rounded dog.
As a working breed, Sparky will need a family who understand the physical and mental stimulation required to keep him happy and healthy. He is already showing some breed characteristics of the border collie, so would be best suited to a family that understand the breed and have the time to commit to keep his mind occupied. He would do well in a home interested in obedience or other dog sports.
At 11 weeks old, he has the world at his paws and is ready for his forever family so he can grow and learn with them! If you think Sparky could be the pup for you, send an email to find out more!
*Email email@example.com with your enquiry, and include your answers to the adoptions questionnaire (below) - please complete in as much detail as possible to help us best assess suitability of the dog for you/your family.
- Please do not apply until you are ready to welcome your new furry family member home in the coming 1-2 weeks, maximum(unless otherwise stated for puppies who are not yet 8 weeks).
*Once the completed questionnaire is received, our adoptions team will respond by email, and following that, you will receive a phone call to discuss the dog in further detail, and answer any other questions you may have.
*The below information must be completed to progress with your application. We are looking for the most suitable family and home for each dog, and applications are only considered enquiries until we receive a completed questionnaire.
