About Honey
Honey is a very placid and gentle girl, who will make the perfect little companion for the elderly - or somebody looking for a quiet and laid back house dog. Honey enjoys playing outside and running in the grass, but is happy and content curled up inside. Not boisterous or hyperactive. Honey isnt suited to a home with young children, though understanding teenagers will be ok. This sweet and affectionate girl can be timid and shy with new people and experiences, please be patient and understanding with this little angel, she has so much love to give once she gets to know you.
Honey gets on excellently with other dogs and animals, a house with another dog is preferred - though not necessary. Honey could do well in an apartment, as long as there is a balcony or courtyard to allow for outdoor access.
Use to free ranging in her previous home, she does need some work with harness training. A soft and gentle handler willing to provide patience, guidance and love is key.
Honey is available for adoption to local families only please, within Sydney. Those within an hours travel, who are willing to make trips will also be considered.
Medical notes
Honey is a beautiful girl who is microchipped, up to date with vaccinations, heart worm injection, intestinal worming, and flea treated.
Honey has been desexed, and we have run blood tests (biochemistry, haematology, and electrolytes).
Honey has had her teeth scaled and polished, with no extractions required.
A minor heart murmur has been detected (grade 1). Radiographs have been carried out, revealing a normal heart:chest ratio upon X-rays.
Ortolani testing is negative, indicating no signs of hip dysplasia.
Honey has no luxating patellas.
