Loving Retirement

Meet Bob
Bob is a 12 year old Kelpie. Although senior in age and is officially retired, he still is young enough to enjoy a jog behind the farm bike and a daily walk or two. He is happy to spend the rest of his day dozing and waiting for his owner to come home so he can come inside for cuddles, a pat and a warm, cosy fire. Bob was originally an outside dog, but is more than happy to be an inside dog, where he can be close to his people. He doesn't enjoy the company of other dogs or sharing his bed, toys or family. Bob is in excellent health for his age, having been in care with a vet and vet assistant. He is good with kids, doesn't seem to mind cats, will round up chickens because he can, and is perfectly content to be an only dog. Bob has outgrown the need to dig holes, chew things or jump fences. He would make an ideal companion for an older person or for someone looking to adopt a low maintenance, less demanding friend.
