About Cindy
Miss Cindy is now ready to find her forever family.
Cindy was surrendered to the pound due to her food aggression issues and not being safe around the children in the home.
Since arriving in care I have witnessed the severity of this little girls attitude when food is involved. I have worked with her and she is very gentle and will eat from my hand even chew on the chicken neck while I hold one end but once I let go it's hers and she will make that clear.
She is spending time with other dogs in care but can be quite dominant if she wants a certain bed etc and around food she will attack hence why feeding time is supervised.
For these reasons Cindy will be looking for a home as an only dog unless she goes to a home with an experienced owner who is around more then not.
Don't let this turn you off offering her a loving home as she is the sweetest girl in the world. Loves to follow me around enjoys her snuggle time on the bed or chilling out with me watching movies.
She walks great on lead and travels well in the car also so would love a family who can include her in family adventures. Cindy is also toilet trained and crate trained.
Cindy would suit a home with owners home more often then not, no children under highschool age (15 and over) and no other pets.
Cindy is a purebred Tibetan Spaniel Female 9yrs old. Microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, desexed and on monthly flea control, has also had a yearly heartworm injection.
If unfamiliar with the breed please do some research, they are a beautiful intelligent breed that can be a little stubborn and with their stunning double coats they require regular brushing but should not be shaved.
