About Beau *On Trial*
Beau has fit into our household like a glove. Quite often Beau will come up and rest his head in your lap or gently place his paw on your leg when he wants some love. He is one of the most affectionate, endearing dogs you will ever meet.
Beau has learnt how to use a dog door and lets himself in and out of the house. At night, Beau sleeps in our hallway and only musters up the energy to get out of his bed when he hears the jingle of his lead for his morning walk. There is nothing that Beau likes more than to curl up in his bed.
Beau is fostered with another dog (border collie x) and is also cat friendly.
Beau is a low/medium energy and would be best suited to a home that will take him for a little stroll once or twice a day. Beau is starting to master loose lead walking but does get excited and a bit stressy when he sees another dog on-lead. Unless Beau’s new family want to do a lot of training in this area, it will likely be best to keep Beau away from busy dog parks. Like a lot of dogs, Beau’s much more at ease going for a toddle around the block.
