About Mumma
"Mumma" arrived at the shelter with her 8 puppies and after doing an amazing job at raising them she is now very excited about the prospect of now finding her forever family to take care of her. She is a very affectionate girl who loves to be around people. She will need a long daily walk to keep her fit and she does have her daily outburst where she loves to run around crazy like a puppy herself so regular exercise will make her very happy.
As with all dogs Mumma should be supervised around young children especially as she is a bigger girl who can get quite excited so may accidently knock little ones over or scratch them.
To keep Mumma safe and secure she will need a large yard which has colourbond fences and gates that are at least 5ft high and in good condition with no gaps or footholes.
Mumma has met several other dogs at the shelter and has always been quite happy to say hello. If you already have a dog and you are thinking of adopting Mumma you will need to bring your dog along to the shelter to meet her prior to adoption so we can see how they interact. We don't have any history on Mumma as she arrived at the shelter as a stray so we are not sure how she cats along with cats pocket pets or livestock.
Mumma will need to be lifetime registered at time of adoption which is at a reduced rate of $26.50 or if you are on a pension $22.00
