On Hold
Pixie is infectious with her smile. She is a kind gentle dog who also knows how to hold her own amongst her peers. Pixie will be great with children and adults or for someone who is on their own. She adapted very well to change in environment and is a great little companion. She is not completely toilet trained but will go on hard flooring as opposed to carpet. She is playful and has shown that she knows how to crawl and rollover. Highly trainable young lady!
Pixie has grade 2 patella's which may or may not need surgery in the future. This is highly normal amongst small dogs like Pixie. She gets around and can go on walks with ease at this point. She will need some dental work in the future but is not in any hurry.
Contact our rescue - via email or our Facebook page - and ask any questions you may have about a particular dog, our rescue or the adoption process.
We will ask you to fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire which will help us to ensure that you and the dog/s are a good match.
If the questionnaire is approved we will contact you regarding a meet and greet.
If that all goes well we will do a property inspection or ask for photos to verify that your house and yard is suitable.
If both parties agree to the adoption then we can proceed.
A two week trial will began on the first day of adoption
