About Pam
Pam came from the pound with an injured, very infected eye. Her lower eyelid had adhered to bone. Pam has now had 6 specialist eye surgeries where the lower lid has been repaired and the glands in the eye have been tucked in. The surgery has been complicated by some resistant bacterial infection on the site. Pam needed to have IV anti-biotics to clear this before her final surgery.Pam is a gentle easy going dog who is very social with other dogs, does not mind cats and is sweet and affectionate. She needs a change in luck and a bit of spoiling for the rest of her life. She has a fluffy coat that needs regular brushing. She weighs 8.3kg.
Apartment Friendly: Could cope in an apartment environment. Regular walks or use of an artificial grass patch is suggested.
Suit Full Time Worker: Not overly needy and can entertain itself. DR recommends play time, dog toys etc.
Cat friendly
Medical notes
She comes desexed, C5 vaccinated, heartworm free and microchipped. Also included for the love and health of our dogs is a free Health and Wellness Voucher with our DR Vet.
Adoption details
DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
