Large Female Huntaway Mix Dog

On Hold
Lacy, our very gentle, well mannered, placid, happy and healthy 8 years old female Huntaway X Rottweiler is now ready to find her forever home.
Lacy is very loyal and affectionate to her human companion, and is happiest just being with you with what ever you are going! She is such a dignified lady and understands sit, stay, and come commands readily. She is a joy to walk; she walks beautifully on a loose lead and stays close to you when off lead. Lacy is very friendly with other dogs but is not with cats. She is house trained although a bit timid in new surroundings at first. She loves travelling in the car and is learning to enjoy being on the back of a ute with the wind in her fur as this is a new experience for her!
Lacy is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and flea treated, and would make an ideal companion dog for a retired couple or small family.
But what is a Huntaway? A Huntaway is a New Zealand sheep dog. More information is available at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huntaway
Adoption form must be completed prior to "meet and greet". E.A.R.S. may request a property inspection before adoption is finalised.
