🐈 Cats- Yes please! Kody must go to a home with a friendly resident cat or he would love to be adopted with one of his foster siblings
🐶 Dogs- Untested but would likely be happy in a home with a cat friendly dog
👦 Children- Love them! Kody would be happy in a home with children of any age
Kody is a boisterous, confident and affectionate little social butterfly who absolutely adores his humans! He loves being close by, being picked up for cuddles and kisses, and smothered with affection. He returns all that love with endless smooches and a very loud purr!
Don't let his cuddly nature fool you, Kody has plenty of energy to burn! He loves all types of toys, interactive play and having feline friends to wrestle and play with. He would ideally love to be adopted with a similarly aged cat, as an older, less active cat is unlikely to keep up with his playful antics. He's wonderful with other cats and even enjoys grooming his foster friends!
Kody is fantastic with children and would happily fit into a family with children of any age. He's curious, independent, confident and warms up quickly to new people. When it's time to recharge, you'll find him curled up in a cozy box, a little hideaway or snuggled up on your bed at night.
Kody had a tough start to life, coming into care after his mum sadly passed away. He was in poor condition and had a tail injury requiring a partial tail amputation. Despite everything, he's absolutely thrived in care and grown into the beautiful, social and smoochy boy we know and love today.

Adoption details
Please email us at adoptions@heartandsoulrescue.com.au if you are interested in adopting one of our precious souls, and we will send you our Adoption Application Form 💛
Once we have received your completed application, we will contact you to discuss suitability. If we feel one of our cats or kittens may be the right match for you, we will then arrange either a home visit or request a short walk-through video of your home.
If all goes well, we offer a 2-week trial period to ensure your new cat or kitten is the right fit for your family 🐾
Conditions apply. Heart & Soul Rescue reserves the right to decline a full refund if recommendations and care requirements regarding your adopted cat or kitten have not been followed during the 2 week trial period. A 25% administration fee applies if a cat or kitten is returned during that time.
Heart & Soul Rescue is a volunteer-run, non-profit charity. We receive no government funding and rely entirely on donations and fundraising to cover our vet and rescue costs.
