About Bingus
Bingus is a male cat available for adoption in Kingsford (Sydney, New South Wales).
Bingus is cheeky, friendly and not remotely subtle. Walk into a new room and he may chase you into it, then purr loudly the moment you pat him.
He's an adventurous young cat with a big appetite for company, exploring and food.
Bingus shares his home with Taco, and the two are good friends. They can be adopted separately. Meet Taco here.
A little about Bingus:
🐾 Loves harness walks, sniffing around like a sneaky hunter (who has never caught anything)
🐾 Adores chin scratches and doesn't mind a belly rub
🐾 Big fan of exploring and company
🐾 Loves food, and a structured feeding routine keeps him in great shape
🐾 Loves a zoomie session
His guardian believes Bingus is deaf, and a sudden wake-up earns a surprised but happy meow.
Once he knows you, Bingus comes up for chin scratches and likes to lie beside you while you sleep.
Offer him some food and a calm approach and you'll find he becomes your best friend. A quick approach sends him to a hiding spot.
At home, he and Taco play together and get along great. On his guardian's days off, he enjoys supervised time outside.
Bingus suits an apartment and a calm or active household. Children aged six to twelve would make good company, and so would a young or elderly guardian.
Picture a day with Bingus: a chase into the room, a loud purr as you pat him and a harness walk to finish.
Bingus is ready. The loud purrs, the harness walks and the chase into every new room.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
Home2Home currently operates a ‘pay what you choose’ system for cat adoption fees. This means that adopters will be able to choose an adoption fee amount that is suitable for them. All adoption fees are used to support PetRescue's life-saving programs, including Home2Home.
