About Taco
Taco is a male cat available for adoption in Kingsford (Sydney, New South Wales).
Taco is a gentle, sweet young cat and a real cuddle bug with his people. He jumps onto your lap, makes biscuits with his paws and licks while he cuddles.
He's a sensitive soul who suits a calm household with someone around for company.
Taco shares his home with Bingus, and the two are good friends. They can be adopted separately. Meet Bingus here.
A little about Taco:
🐾 Loves making biscuits and giving licks while he cuddles
🐾 Adores sleeping under the bedsheets
🐾 Goes weak at the knees for a churu treat
🐾 Big fan of a game of tag with other cats
🐾 Loves chin scratches and belly rubs
Taco's days are spent lounging indoors, close to his people. He's the cat who joins you on the couch or in bed, wherever you are.
With new people, he watches from a comfortable distance. Give him quiet encouragement and time to warm up, and you'll find he comes out.
He's easy company for other cats. He spent time with a friend's cat and the two played well together.
Leash walks aren't his thing. A friend's backyard was a place he loved, and he felt safe there.
Taco suits a calm household with a young or elderly guardian who loves having a cat for company. A feline friend would suit him too.
Picture an evening on the couch: Taco kneading your lap with a churu treat waiting for after.
Taco is ready. The biscuits, the lap time, the bedsheet burrow and a spot beside you.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
Home2Home currently operates a ‘pay what you choose’ system for cat adoption fees. This means that adopters will be able to choose an adoption fee amount that is suitable for them. All adoption fees are used to support PetRescue's life-saving programs, including Home2Home.
