4 years old | Male Wolfhound mix | Around 45 kg

Jay Jays is a very tall boy waiting in a rural NSW pound. His owners have advised they will not be claiming him. Because the pound is overcrowded, he is at risk of euthanasia. We want to bring him into rescue care in Victoria, but we urgently need a foster or foster-to-adopt home for him. 💔

Our rescue is not euthanising Jay Jays. We are trying to save him.

Jay Jays has only been observed around other dogs through a cage, where he showed no aggression. He has not yet been properly tested with dogs, and he is untested with cats. Because of his size, he would need a home with dog-savvy children. 🐾

Jay Jays has happy tail, which will be treated once he is in our care. He will also receive his vetting in care.

🏡 Fostering is free, and our rescue covers all his supplies. Foster carers must be located in Victoria. If you’re interested in fostering with a view to adopting, his adoption fee would be $800.
