About Lydia
Lydia is a female Ragdoll available for adoption in Granville (Sydney, New South Wales).
Lydia is a calm, gentle cat with a real talent for lounging. Her guardian calls her the sweetest cat she's ever met, and she loves to lie beside you.
She and Baobao are a pair, and the bond between them is part of who each of them is. The right home joins something that already exists.
They suit a calm adult household: quiet days, a couch with room for a cat, and evenings with some life in them once Baobao's zoomies start.
Lydia and Baobao are looking for a home together. Meet Baobao here.
A little about Lydia:
🐾 Loves a belly rub, and rolls over to show her belly once she feels confident
🐾 Adores her wet food
🐾 Loves sleeping in the same bed as her guardian
🐾 Big fan of TV time on the couch
🐾 Lounges the day away with a burst of zoomies in between
Lydia's days are easygoing: lounging, TV and a zoomie burst before she settles again.
With the people she knows, she's friendly and loving. Her guardian says she can do no harm.
When visitors arrive, Lydia watches from a hiding spot until the house is quiet again. Give her a calm home and some time, and you'll find the cat her guardian describes comes out to meet you.
She's happiest in a quiet, indoor-only adult household, where her calm has room to land. With Baobao beside her, she has everything she needs.
Picture the TV on and Lydia settling in beside you, with Baobao tearing past after a toy mouse.
Lydia is ready. The belly rolls, the wet food, the shared bed and Baobao at her side.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
Home2Home currently operates a ‘pay what you choose’ system for cat adoption fees. This means that adopters will be able to choose an adoption fee amount that is suitable for them. All adoption fees are used to support PetRescue's life-saving programs, including Home2Home.
