About Marjolein
Marjolein came into care at just three weeks old, orphaned without her mum alongside her brother Monty and sister Millie. Since then, she's grown into a clever, confident little lady with plenty of personality - she is probably a little too smart for her own good!
A classic torbie, Marjolein has just the right amount of sass to match her princess ways - complete with her very own adorable little ginger mohawk. She's curious, switched-on and always seems to know exactly what's going on around her.
Developmentally, she has always been the first among her siblings to reach all milestone. She loves to play, explore and run amok, especially when her partner in crime (Monty) is involved. The two are great mates and spend plenty of time chasing, wrestling and entertaining each other.
Underneath that clever, sassy exterior is a very sweet little girl. Once Marjolein has decided playtime is over, she's more than happy to trade chaos for cuddles. She loves curling up in your lap, getting nice and cosy and purring away contentedly while she soaks up the attention.
Marjolein would love to find a home with her brother and favourite playmate Monty. They balance each other beautifully and would make a very entertaining little duo to welcome into your family (see Monty's profile here: https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1212440). Alternatively, Marjolein will need a home with a playful resident cat who can keep her company and match her kitten energy.
If you're looking for a clever little princess with a touch of sass, a love of mischief and a very cuddly side, Marjolein could be your girl.

Adoption details
All animals adopted through Out of the Woods Rescue are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea/worm treated and health-checked. We aim to match each animal with a home that suits their needs and personality.
Here’s how our adoption process works:
Submit an application – This helps us get to know you, your household and what you're looking for in a pet.
Phone chat – If your application looks like a potential fit, one of our team members will contact you for a casual phone conversation to answer questions and discuss the animal in more detail.
Meet and greet – You’ll meet the animal in their foster home or another agreed location. If everyone agrees it’s a good match, we can proceed to adoption.
Adoption paperwork and payment – Our adoption fees cover desexing, microchipping, vaccination and parasite treatment.
Once adopted, the animal becomes part of your family. We're still here for post-adoption support if you ever need any help.
We’re committed to ethical adoptions and reserve the right to decline applications if we feel the match isn’t in the best interest of the animal.
