Meet Grizzly, a beautiful 5-year-old Rottweiler who’s ready to begin the very first happy chapter of her life.

When Grizzly first arrived in our care, she had clearly experienced neglect and was severely underweight. Despite everything she’s been through, she has the most loving, forgiving heart and is one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet.

Grizzly is a total cuddle bug who simply wants to be wherever her people are. Whether you’re watching TV, working from home, or heading out on an adventure, she’s happiest by your side. She’s the definition of a shadow dog and is looking for a family who will welcome her as part of everyday life.

She settles beautifully into a routine and would love a home where someone is around more often than not, or where she has a canine companion to keep her company. If left alone for extended periods, Grizzly has been known to become a bit of an escape artist, so secure fencing and ongoing management will be important.

Although she’s five years old, Grizzly is very much a full-grown puppy who’s only just discovering how wonderful life can be. She has a fun, bouncy personality indoors, complete with the cutest little “Rottie rumbles” and happy vocalisations. Pop her harness on, though, and she’s ready to explore the world with you. Whether it’s a walk around the neighbourhood or a weekend adventure, she’ll happily be your loyal companion before curling up for a well-earned nap in a cosy bed.
