Bella is a beautiful two-year-old Staffy cross with a gentle, affectionate nature and so much love to give. While her early life may not have always been easy, she hasn’t let that dull her sweet spirit. More than anything, Bella is searching for a family who will give her the love, safety and security she deserves.

This gorgeous girl loves being close to her people. Whether she’s curled up beside you on the couch, soaking up belly rubs, or happily chewing on her favourite toy while keeping you in sight, Bella simply enjoys being part of the family. 🥰

She’s equally happy joining you for a walk around the neighbourhood or settling in for a quiet evening at home. If you want a dog who thinks you’re the most important person in the world, Bella is ready to fill that role.

Bella is also a clever girl who is eager to please. She already knows how to sit and quickly mastered using a dog door in foster care. With continued training and guidance, she has all the makings of an incredible companion.

Like many rescue dogs, Bella can be a little unsure in new environments and needs time to feel safe. When she first arrives home, she may be quiet, standoffish or choose to keep her distance while she settles in. Once she begins to trust you, her affectionate personality truly shines.

Bella can also be quite timid around men and will need a patient adopter who is happy to let her build confidence at her own pace. For this reason, we feel she would be best suited to either a patient home with understanding male family members, or a single-female household where she is likely to feel comfortable more quickly.
