About Herb
*In foster care in Canterbury, Sydney*
Herb may be teeny-tiny in stature, but she's absolutely not teeny-tiny in personality!
Outgoing and extraverted, she loves everyone and everything! A huge fan of snuggles, she also adores playing and zooming around with the other pets in her foster home, and turning your living room into her own personal speedway.
She's a chatterbox too, and though she thinks she's loud as a lion, she's got more of a baby chick peeping kind of vibe. Sometimes she opens her mouth thinking she's bellowing - and no sound comes out :)
Herb and her sister Lindy are a super cute pair - constantly wrestling and snoozing together, and giving each other baths. Each would be fine being adopted on her own, but they'd also make a very, very sweet ready-made kitty family! Here's Lindy's profile if you'd like to take a peek: https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1196823
Like all Maggie’s pets, Herb is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... is basically anywhere! Being so confident and adaptable, I'm sure to be happy as Larry as long as I'm surrounded with love.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Medium, on balance. Of course I enjoy zooming, playing and pouncing - I'm a kitten! - but I also adore snuggles and patches of sunshine, so I spend lots of time relaxing as well.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: The children I've met so far were awesome! I really liked playing with them and having cuddles :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'm incredibly comfortable around the three resident cats and four dogs of various sizes in my foster home! The big dogs can sometimes spook me when they run around, but I'm never bothered for too long.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
