About Lindy
*In foster care in Canterbury, Sydney*
Lindy is a happy little cuddle bug with a passion for laps and naps!
If there's a soft bed, a patch of sunshine to stretch out in like a fluffy lizard, or a pile of other pets... Lindy will be right there, plopping herself down in the middle and preparing for an epic snooze with a soundtrack of loud purrs. But don't get us wrong - although she's an elite-level smooch, she still adores a bit of playtime and will occasionally try to break the land speed record, just to mix things up :)
Lindy and her sister Herb are a super cute pair - constantly wrestling and snuggling together, and giving each other baths. Each would be fine being adopted on her own, but they'd also make a very, very sweet ready-made kitty family! Here's Herb's profile if you'd like to take a peek: https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1196825
Like all Maggie’s pets, Lindy is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I was born to live a lifestyle of luxury - so anywhere with a warm lap or two to snuggle on sounds heavenly to me!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Medium, I'd say. The odd zoomy or game of chase is fun, but my true calling is napping.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I've enjoyed the company of the children I've met while in foster care. Loud noises can make me nervous though, so I'd be best with kids who understand how to approach me calmly and treat me gently.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: There are three resident cats and four dogs of various sizes in my foster home, so you could say I'm well-socialised with other pets! I'm not only relaxed and confident around all of them, I like to get right into the middle of a cuddle pile and stay there as long as possible :) The big dogs can sometimes be a bit rowdy and noisy, but I get over it quickly and don't hold grudges!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
