Pickle

*In foster care in Bondi Junction, Sydney*

A gentle boy at heart, Pickle also has a gorgeous cheeky side that you'll fall in love with! He's obsessed with exploring every inch of the house, ideally getting up to some mischief on the way - darting into cupboards without you noticing, getting perilously close to being locked in the fridge, and keeping a close eye on you as you cook (hoping a bit of chicken might fall to the floor).

When he’s not adventuring, Pickle is the first to jump up next to you for some company, with his favourite nap spot being on your shoulder. He's got no patience for phones - you need that hand for patting, hop to it! But he rewards your attentions tenfold with his amazing cuddles, and will happily fall asleep on you as you watch TV or work from home.

We're hoping for Pickle to be adopted with his sister Olive (profile here: https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1195332) who he's very close to, but if that's not on the cards we think he'd do best in a home with at least one other friendly cat to bond with.

Like all Maggie’s pets, Pickle is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be full of cuddles, affection and toys. Oh, and treats too, obviously. I go crazy for them!

And in a purrfect world, I'd be adopted with my sister Olive!

MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'd say I'm pretty balanced. Though I do adore a good play (I'm a sucker for dangly toys on a stick!), I also love a nice snooze on a warm human lap.

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I've not had the chance to meet any children yet, but I think I'd like kind ones who'll give me the space I need while I settle in. I'm a sociable fellow once I feel safe and comfortable :)

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: My sister Olive is the best - she really boosts my confidence! She encourages me to play and explore, and we love to snuggle up together (looking like a pair of cuties, if I do say so myself). If you can't take us both, I should be fine with any resident cats.

I haven't met any dogs at this stage.
