About Peanut
Introducing our truly itty bitty, Peanut!
Peanut is a truly stunning example of the breed, with beautiful nature, even with complete strangers - he possesses all the correct attributes and softness that sincerely is what this breed is and sadly not what they are often known for.
Peanut is incredibly tiny weighing in at only 2.2kgs, he is a quieter type of little gentleman and loves his people. He has been very well cared for throughout his entire life and sadly is only looking for a new family due to the sad passing of his Dad.
Peanut has previously lived with a cat and another dog (Sonny). He has passed his dog and cat assessments whilst in our care - due to Peanut's incredibly small size, he is not suited to living with medium to large breed dogs. Should he live with another dog, a small dog of similar size or close to is what would be appropriate for his safety.
Peanut walks beautifully on lead, travels great in the car, has regularly seen a vet and had professional grooming. He is well handled and exposed to new people and environments; he handles them well with no signs whatsoever of aggression.
Peanut is not suited to being an outside dog, purely due to his sheer small size. He needs and deserves a family that will love him and allow him to be an active member of the family, as he has known his whole life.
Peanut can be adopted by himself or with his companion 'Sonny'.
