MEET EDDIE!

🌴 Hello! My name is Eddie. I’m named after a possum from Ice Age, but let's be honest—I’m way smoother than a possum. I’m a silly, goofy guy with a big personality and a set of movie-star looks.

😻 Life started out on the streets for me. My cat mama, myself and my two fur-siblings Crash & Harper, were found on the streets of Springvale. Where the kind citizens were feeding our family. As we had a constant source of food, and were with our mum, we were in found in healthy condition. We have been in foster care since we were three months old and to be honest the house life is pretty great!

🛁 I’m not your average street cat. My coat colour is quite rare and is called Black Smoke, this means my fur is white at the roots and black at the tips. It’s a striking, shimmering “smoky” look that’s runway ready. For a young kitten, I’m quite good at grooming myself and keeping myself clean. However being a medium-haired cat, I have a coat that will require a bit of maintenance as I get older and my coat matures. I’ll need you to help me with regular brushing sessions to keep my coat in tip top, runway-ready condition to help me looking my best.

🐾Despite being a former street kitten, I am wonderfully socialised. I’m not the type to hide behind the couch when guests arrive; I’m the one greeting them at the door with a very fluffy tail held high! My absolute favourite thing in the world? Head rubs and pats! If you start scratching my ears, my "purr motor" starts running immediately. It’s a very soothing sound, if I do say so myself. I’m a natural explorer. Whether it’s a feather wand or a cardboard scratcher, I’m on the case! I love to investigate new sights and sounds—everything is a grand adventure when you’re this cute.

😸 I am a very social kitten. In my furever home I will need a companion to keep me company. I would love to be adopted with my fur-brother, Crash or my fur-sister, Harper. I am also okay to go to a home that already has a friendly resident cat. I am currently living with a resident cat in my foster home, and I am OBSESSED with her. I rub my head against the resident cat because I love her so much and want to show my affection. I take great pride in my litterbox etiquette. I have a perfect record—never missed the box once!

🏠 I would be perfectly happy in a home with young children, provided they understand that even though I’m brave, I’m still a little kitten who needs gentle handling. I’m looking for a family that will appreciate my endless purrs, and keep my coat looking runway-ready. I promise to pay you back in a lifetime of cuddles and unconditional love.
