About Harper
MEET HARPER
š“ Hello! My name is Harper. Iām named after the American author Harper Lee. While my namesake wrote a masterpiece, this Harper is a masterpiece in motion. I may start off a little quietālike a great book you can't put downābut once you get to the heart of my story, you'll find a companion with a soft heart and the sweetest purr.
š» Life started out on the streets for me. My cat mama, myself and my two fur-siblings Crash & Eddie, were found on the streets of Springvale. Where the kind citizens were feeding our family. As we had a constant source of food, and were with our mum, we were in found in healthy condition. We have been in foster care since we were three months old and to be honest the house life is pretty great!
š Iām not your average street cat. My coat colour is quite rare and is called āBlack Smokeā, this means my fur is white at the roots and black at the tips. Itās a striking, shimmering āsmokyā look thatās runway ready. For a young kitten, Iām quite good at grooming myself and keeping myself clean. However being a medium-haired cat, I have a coat that will require a bit of maintenance as I get older and my coat matures. Iāll need you to help me with regular brushing sessions to keep my coat in tip top, runway-ready condition to help me looking my best.
š¾ Despite being a former street kitten, I enjoy human companionship, especially once I feel comfortable. My absolute favourite thing in the world? Head rubs and pats! If you start scratching my ears, my "purr motor" starts running immediately. Itās a very soothing sound, if I do say so myself. Iām still learning to enjoy the house life and building my confidence, so I appreciate a calm approach. I love sleeping in my cat tree, playing with wand toys, or just being held in your arms.
šø I am a rather social kitten. In my furever home I will need a companion to keep me company. I would love to be adopted with one of my fur-brothers, Crash or Eddie. I am also okay to go to a home that already has a friendly resident cat. I am currently living with a resident cat in my foster home, and we get along famously. I take great pride in my litterbox etiquette. I have a perfect recordānever missed the box once!
š Iād suit a home with gentle, respectful children who understand that Iām still a young kitten finding my confidence. Iām looking for a family that will appreciate my endless purrs, and keep my coat looking runway-ready. I promise to pay you back in a lifetime of cuddles and unconditional love.
Iāve got my bags packed and my motor warmed up. Are you ready to bring a kitten with movie-star looks into your home?
