About Jonty 💙
Jonty is a delightful, affectionate boy who will melt your heart the moment you walk into the room. He usually starts to purr as soon as he sees you (his sweet way of saying hello and asking for attention!)
When you sit down on the floor, don’t be surprised if Jonty hops straight into your lap for cosy snuggles. He absolutely loves human company and actively seeks out affection. He would truly benefit from a fun and love-filled home where his gentle, sweet nature can shine. Jonty also has an adventurous side and enjoys exploring his surroundings, turning everyday moments into little discoveries around the house.
Playtime is one of his favourite things! Jonty loves chasing balls and wand toys around, and he’ll happily play fight or do zoomies with his sisters Izzy and Dottie. He’s very good at jumping and climbing, often showing off his athletic skills. He enjoys having space to run and play, sitting high up on his cat tower to supervise the household, or peeking out from under the couch during games. After he’s had his fun, he’s more than happy to curl up for a long nap in a small box, cat tree or stretch out on a cosy cushion.
Jonty is currently living in a quiet foster home but has previously lived in a busy family home with plenty of noise and people. He enjoyed gentle pats from a 4-year-old, though he prefers to hide from a busy 1-year-old. He is very comfortable with everyday household sounds like the TV, blender, and vacuum, and is not even fazed when new visitors or tradespeople turn up!
Jonty may need a little time to adjust to new spaces and people, but with patience and love, his true affectionate and fun-loving personality will blossom beautifully. He settled in very quickly to his new foster home and fits in well with the three resident cats.
Jonty loves his meals and is fully toilet trained, making him an easy and well-mannered addition to his new family.
If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, and affectionate companion who will reward your love with loud purrs and joyful energy, Jonty would be the perfect addition to your home.
Jonty ideally needs a play buddy, whether he is adopted into a home with a resident cat or alternatively he would love to be adopted alongside one (or both!) of his sisters.

Adoption details
Please email us at adoptions@heartandsoulrescue.com.au if you are interested in adopting one of our precious souls, and we will email you our Adoption Application Form.
Once we have received your completed form, we will then contact you to discuss suitability. If we feel one of our cats or kittens will be suited to you, we will arrange a home visit or ask for a short walk-through video of your home.
If all goes well, we will give you a *trial period of 2 weeks to see if our cat or kitten is the right one for you 💕 *Conditions apply - We reserve the right to reject a full refund if recommendations & requests regarding your new cat/kitten have not been adhered to. (a 25% admin fee will apply)
