About Zen
Zen requires the following in his new home:
- Another desexed playful cat in the home, not senior.
- People that are patient and persistent in continuing to build his confidence around people
- To be 100 percent inside cats unless there is an outdoor cat enclosure.
Zen is such a handsome young man, with a blue/grey coat that has a lovely undercurrent of dark tabby lines that draw the eye.
He is smart, playful and adventurous. He loves his feline company, adores the small dog in his foster home, and is learning to trust his humans. He was born into a non-domestic environment but has been really kicking goals with overcoming his hesitancy around people.
His ideal furever family will be patient and persistent in continuing to build his confidence. Zen needs to have at least one other friendly and playful cat in the house. He is great mates with his sister Spice in particular, and they would be well-suited for a double adoption. Zen is used to cat-friendly dogs and needs to be an inside only cat except for having access to an outdoor cat enclosure.
Zen would be happy to be adopted with his siblings Spice, you can read about Spice by following the link below.

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
