About Spice
Spice requires the following in her new home:
- Another playful desexed cat living in the home, not senior.
- If there is a dog in the home, it needs to be proven to be very good with cats.
- Patient owners who will allow her time to feel comfortable with them.
- To live inside 100 percent of the time with the exception of having an outdoor cat enclosure.
Spice is an active and social lass who loves nothing more than to hang with her besties, playing a little, grooming a little, snoozing together a little. Spice very much needs to have another young, friendly cat in her new home. She is particularly attached to her brother ZEN, who is also available for adoption currently. They are a well-matched pair in every way. Spice also adores the small breed dog in the foster home, and she delights in smooching up and down the sides of this patient but very confused doggo. It is a delight to witness.
It takes Spice time to connect with the humans in the home, but day by day, she grows in her ability to trust us. She will need a patient home, where her new people are happy to do this slow journey with her, enjoying her company and antics for now, with the promise of more connection as she matures and grows in confidence.
She is litter trained. Spice is also used to cat-friendly dogs, and she needs to be an inside only cat except for having access to an outdoor cat enclosure.

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
