Ralph is a timid boy with the sweetest manners. 🤍
He’s lived rough, and it shows in his caution but what also shines through is his gentleness. He’s the type who wants to trust… he just needs someone patient enough to show him what safe and loved feels like.
Ralph's absolute weakness? Chin scratches. Give him a gentle scratch under the chin and you’ll see him melt into it the brave little hope inside him peeking out. He’s always been a gentleman too: no smacking hands away, no nastiness. Sometimes he might hiss when he’s unsure, but it’s not aggression it’s fear talking. A calm voice, a little space, and (eventually) a chin scratch can work wonders.
With time, Ralph won’t just be “a cat you rescued” he’ll be the best friend who finally learned what home means.

Adoption details
Please email us at adoptions@heartandsoulrescue.com.au if you are interested in adopting one of our precious souls, and we will email you our Adoption Application Form.
Once we have received your completed form, we will then contact you to discuss suitability. If we feel one of our cats or kittens will be suited to you, we will arrange a home visit or ask for a short walk-through video of your home.
If all goes well, we will give you a *trial period of 2 weeks to see if our cat or kitten is the right one for you đź’• *Conditions apply - We reserve the right to reject a full refund if recommendations & requests regarding your new cat/kitten have not been adhered to. (A 25% admin fee will apply)
