About Craig
🐾 Meet Craig — Full of Energy, Love and Kelpie Charm 🐾
Craig is a handsome black-and-tan Kelpie mix, born 13 May 2025, looking for his forever home. He weighs about 13 kgs.
He’s sweet, well-behaved, and full of love, ready to bring joy and cuddles to the right family. When we say "Kelpie mix", there's not much other than a dollop of Border Collie in Craig.

Craig is more active and playful than his brother Jersey https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1166963 and would thrive with a canine companion. He’s full of curiosity, loves a good walk and enjoys interactive play, but he also thrives on cuddles and attention.
Craig is looking for a home that can meet his energy and mental stimulation needs, provide routine, and share plenty of love. With the right home, he’ll be a loyal, affectionate, and endlessly entertaining companion. As always, he needs secure fencing to keep him safe.

Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the “meet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Cats:
If you are interested in one of our cats or kittens, please click on the green "Enquire about ...", button, tell us a bit about yourself and the home you can offer the cat, and one of our volunteers will be in touch.
