About Diamond
Hello there. I’m Diamond , and while my name suggests something sparkling and bright, I am more like a gentle glow in a quiet room. I am a long-haired snow white beauty in my golden years, looking for a soft place to land and a hand to hold (or rather, a head to scratch).
My fur brother, Sailor and I used to have an elderly owner until he sadly fell ill and could no longer care for us. That’s how we ended up in foster care and we are now ready to find our furever home!
The "Instant Purr" Guarantee
If you are looking for a cat who wears her heart on her sleeve, look no further. I am a purely affection-driven soul. The very second your hand makes contact with my head, my purr motor clicks into high gear, and I continue purring even after you’ve stopped patting me! I don’t play hard to get—I want you to know immediately how much I appreciate your touch.
I may be a ;quiet observer who doesn't demand the spotlight, but don't let my polite nature fool you: I live for affection.
My Daily Spa Ritual
Being a long-haired lady, I have a coat that requires a bit of maintenance, but I turn grooming time into bonding time. I absolutely love being brushed, for me it is the ultimate treat. I will sit like a perfect angel, purring away while you brush my fur, soaking up every bit of one-on-one attention you can give.
Whilst I’ve been in foster care I did have to have surgery for my entropian eyelid, which means an inward turning eyelid. It would have been quite painful for me to have fur rubbing against my eye, however I’m all healed and it hasn’t stopped me from being a gentle, loving cat.
A Gentle Spirit
I am an easygoing, mellow companion who can adapt seamlessly into new homes and new hoomans. I have impeccable manners (my litter box etiquette is flawless) and a serene personality that brings a sense of calm to any room.
I would thrive in a tranquil home where I can truly blossom. I’m a senior girl who appreciates the finer things in life: a soft bed, a predictable routine, a nda human who has plenty of time for head scratches.
I am currently living with my handsome brother, Sailor. While we aren’t bonded (we’re more like polite roommates), I would be more than happy to be adopted with him. However, I am also perfectly happy to be your solo queen or to live with another calm resident cat, provided we have a slow introduction. In my foster home
I’m currently living with a resident cat.
If you have a quiet home and a spare hand that needs a purring head to rest under, I think we might be the perfect match. I’m ready to find my furever home!
Diamond's brother, Sailor is also looking for a loving new home. Please check out his profile here --> Sailor - https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1158149
