About Carla
Meet Carla, a gentle and super loving 6 year-old Cocker Spaniel with a heart as warm as her rich chocolate roan coat.
She was born on 18 November 2019 and currently weighs 14.2 kgs.
Carla lives in foster care with her mother Ellie, who’s also available for adoption. https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1134896
They are available individually but, ideally, as a pair for a slightly discounted joint adoption fee.
Check out the “mother and daughter” photo in this profile.
A typical Cocker, Carla is a soft-hearted companion dog, most content when she’s by your side. She is a “Velcro” dog and her fondness for people extends across all ages. She’s fine with well-mannered children and is happy to share her home with other dogs.
Carla is untested with cats.
This sweet girl needs a gentle and loving home with plenty of human company. She is not keen on being left on her own without a compatible canine mate. She’s house-trained and accustomed to indoor life.
Carla would make an ideal companion for anyone seeking a sweet and devoted canine friend.
Medical notes
Carla suffers from dry eye syndrome. Treatment involves lifelong management to stimulate tear production, lubricate the eyes and keep the eyes clean.
