Rocky Road is a loving boy with a heart the size of Australia. A delightful contradiction of lightning-fast zoomies and laid-back cuddles, Rocky is as happy chasing squishy balls as he is curling up on the couch for a midday nap while you work.

He thrives when he’s with his people — ready to play, cuddle, and supervise with unwavering devotion. Whether it’s a stroll packed with sniff stops, a scooter dash, or a backyard ball session (you’ll want to bring two — he’s a bit possessive of the first), Rocky is all in.

🎶 A born vocalist, Rocky proudly greets his family with exuberant “woo woo woos” and tail-wagging excitement. He’ll bark when someone comes to the door but quickly flips the switch to charming host, soaking up back scratches and attention with relish.

🐾 Rocky is best suited to a single dog household — dog parks are a big no for this boy. He’s polite when saying hello to other dogs but then prefers to walk away and do his own thing, rather than play. He’d much rather pour his energy into loving his humans.

👧 Rocky adores children and has lived happily with them before. He’s gentle, affectionate, and loves to snuggle. Sensitive at heart, he can be anxious, so he’s looking for a home where someone is around more often than not to help him feel secure.

With gentle guidance, he’s continuing to make great progress.
