About Evacuation Plan
*In foster care in Canterbury, Sydney*
A gentle marshmallow cloud of loveliness and purrs, Evacuation Plan (aka Evie) is such a precious little soul!
Early life on the street taught him some habits that are tricky to break, but he's trying hard - quickly coming around to the delights of indoor life. He can be wary of new people at first, and an initial hiss is all but guaranteed, but once you're in his circle of trust you have the ultimate love bug who'll be your best friend forever.
Oh, and did we mention? - he's absolutely DIVINE to cuddle! His fur is as soft as the clouds he resembles, and his purr is so loud and comforting. He adores being patted like you're trying to press him into your lap, and the longer and deeper the pats the louder the purr :)
Evie's also a very detail-oriented boy who loves to inspect your face super closely and gently with little sniffs and licks while he purrs, rivalling even the most accomplished ASMR creator for the tingle levels! Cuddling him is like having the ultimate fidget toy - he doesn't mind which way you flop him or squish him, as long as the love is flowing he'll stay there all day long. His fur is soft and silky and honestly you'll find yourself wanting to stroke it all day!
This darling kitten is truly deserving of a special home who'll appreciate him for every bit of his loveliness!
Like all Maggie's pets, Evacuation Plan is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be relatively quiet and calm, with no young children or other pets. A mellow and easygoing environment, with predictable routines and patient humans who'll spend the time it takes to gain my trust sounds like heaven! I promise to repay them with endless love.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm pretty low-energy overall. I do like playing and frolicking around with my brother Emergency Exit (aka Emi), and I have a cute habit of carrying my toys around like a dog - but I usually have to be coaxed into the fun and games...
I'm much more content to observe, ideally from a warm lap with free-flowing cuddles and smooches! Be warned though - I have a very hands-on style, dishing out just as many kisses as I receive, adding lots of little nose licks and purring right into your ears :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Kids aged 10+ who understand my need for a gentle approach would probably be fine, though an adults-only home would be my dream.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Unfortunately I'm not keen on the resident pets in my foster home, so no other pets please. Or maybe you'd like to take me home with my brother Emi? We're super-sweet together and would love to be adopted as a pair! Here's his profile: https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1133519

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
