About Marble (Please Read My Bio)
Meet Marble (D250200) – A Sweet Soul Ready to Bloom
Marble is a gentle, chocolate-and-white beauty with a soft heart and a sweet soul. At 4 years and 7 months old, she’s a quiet companion who thrives on affection and loves nothing more than soft pats and warm cuddles.
Though timid at first, Marble is starting to show her playful side—she’s even begun chasing after a ball when given a little encouragement! Her true secret weapon? Food! She’s highly food motivated, which will make her ongoing training a breeze for the right person.
Marble is looking for a calm, patient home—one that will go slow, earn her trust, and help her confidence grow. Because she’s a bit shy, she’d do best in a home without young children. She needs gentle humans who understand that time, love, and positive experiences will help her shine.
She’s still learning the ropes and will benefit from basic training and proper socialisation. With other dogs, she’s submissive and polite, making her a lovely potential companion for another friendly pup.
Please note: Marble requires some dental work prior to rehoming. Her adoption fee has been adjusted to help cover the additional veterinary care she needs, ensuring she heads to her new home happy, healthy, and ready for her fresh start.
To apply to adopt Marble:
Please complete our online adoption questionnaire, including clear photos of your secure yard and fencing. A staff member will be in touch to arrange a meet and greet once your application has been reviewed.
If you’re someone who can offer patience, compassion, and a loving home where Marble can blossom at her own pace, she just might be your perfect match.
Medical notes
Marble will require dental work prior to being rehomed. This will be done by Shepparton Animal Shelter Vets at the time she is desexed. This will mean she will need to be on a soft food diet of chicken or beef (not canned food) for a couple of weeks as she requires teeth extraction and will also be on pain relief medication.
