Morpheus

Hi! I’m Morpheus — but you can call me your new best mate ☀️
I’m a 14-week-old male Staghound X puppy with a stocky little frame, a marshmallow-white coat, and some seriously cute puppy wrinkles. My soft floppy ears stick out like Dobby from Harry Potter (or maybe Dumbo — we can’t quite decide!), and my sooty black nose looks like a kid painted it and didn’t quite stay within the lines. It’s all part of my charm! While my paws aren’t quite as massive as my brother Poseidon's, don’t be fooled — I’m still going to grow into a big, handsome boy.

My vibe? Think: sun baking enthusiast, cuddle-lover, and all-round happy-go-lucky guy. I’m much more chilled out than my brother — I love just lying in the sun, soaking up the world around me, and hanging out with my humans. Because of my white fur, I’ll need to be kept nice and sunsafe during those sunny days, so I don’t get burnt while I enjoy my favourite activity! I’m sweet-natured, easy-going, and always up for a snuggle on the couch or a lazy afternoon in the backyard.

I do have a bit of a goofy streak (the cute kind!). Sometimes I get a bit excited and miss my treats when you offer them — but hey, I try my best! I can sit on command and I’m learning how to walk on lead. I’m nearly perfectly toilet trained and I even let you know when I need to go outside. I do sometimes do a little happy-wee when I get overly excited, but I’m working on it!

I’ve been living in foster care with my brother, a big Bull Arab X foster sister, and a one-year-old baby — and I’ve been gentle, affectionate, and just lovely with them all. I’d be more than happy to share my forever home with another friendly dog.
